How we usually work
We don't start by writing code.
We start with a short Discovery Review. This is a structured discovery phase where we take the time to understand how work actually flows through your business. Not how it looks in a process document, but what really happens during a busy week.
From there, we identify where time is being lost and which problems are worth solving. Only then do we propose a clearly scoped piece of work with defined outcomes.
If something doesn't make sense to build, we'll say so.
